Tsunami Looms In Mt Kenya As Gachagua Dares Waiguru, Nyoro & Kuria To Hold Mega Rally In The Region

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is now challenging all Mt. Kenya politicians who believe they have more political influence than he does in the region to quickly dare to organize a meeting on that agenda within the boundaries of the area.

Mr. Gachagua said that it is through this way that they will face his full political persona instead of attacking me from afar using the support of outsiders and platforms organized by others.

“If you are a real man, just try to bring that meeting to confront me and oppose what I am doing to defend the interests of Mt. Kenya within our borders. That’s where we will recognize that you understand yourself and where you will face us, the majority in this region,” said Mr. Gachagua on Wednesday in Mukurweini Constituency, located in Nyeri County.

The Deputy President has been seen as being in a political turmoil which is said to be due to the speeches of some politicians, including President William Ruto’s chief economic advisor Dr. David Ndii, Mr. Nyoro, Public Service Cabinet Secretary Mr. Moses Kuria, Kirinyaga Governor Ms. Anne Waiguru, and Laikipia East Member of Parliament Mr. Mwangi Kiunjuri.

The Deputy President explained that his call for the people of Mt. Kenya to unite also aims to rally them to support him and Dr. Ruto for their benefit and that of Kenyans as a whole.

He also stated that these efforts to disrupt the unity of Mt. Kenya are being carried out on social media platforms controlled or operated by outsiders.

“I am openly declaring that if you understand yourself, come to our region and organize a political meeting to say we should not unite, that our coffee should not be paid a good price, and that our debts should not be canceled. Say that the allocation of resources based on population numbers is not a sensible idea and that we, the people of Mt. Kenya, should not speak with one voice,” he said.

Mr. Gachagua asserted that anyone from the region who seeks to undermine its unity will face solid political strategies aimed at ending their influence.

The Deputy President emphasized that the time for idle talk is over, and now we must unite to achieve the necessary benefits for this region before 2027 arrives.
