Capital Pay International and Capital Pay Software Solutions: What Each Company Does

Capital

Capital Pay International Limited and Capital Pay Software Solutions Ltd are separate companies, a distinction that helps customers and partners identify the service provider, agreement signatory and organisation holding a director’s appointment.

UK Capital Pay Ltd, company 16137715, is a separate registration. This is not an ownership chart.

The Capital Pay brand appears in several settings and can connect related services, but the full legal name on a contract and each company’s records remain the starting point for identifying responsibilities.

International and Software Solutions

Capital Pay International presents payment infrastructure and related services on its website, with its August 2026 joint announcement describing an international payment-platform programme involving several specialist technology providers.

Capital Pay Software Solutions Ltd was incorporated in Britain on 2 January 2025 under number 16160215, with business and domestic software development recorded as its activity at Companies House. The registration identifies a legal company, but it does not by itself establish the permissions, product availability or contractual responsibilities attached to every service carrying the Capital Pay brand.

Capital Pay Ltd is another British registration, number 16137715, incorporated on 16 December 2024, so its shorter name should not replace Software Solutions or International when identifying a company.

Similar names. Separate records.

Separate markets and responsibilities

The companies’ stated position is that International and Software Solutions are incorporated outside South Sudan, do not operate there and hold no South Sudan revenue-agency contracts of their own. Their stated position is that neither business was formed by moving another South Sudan business’s assets, software, contracts, staff or customers into the companies described in that account.

That account of company identity and operations should be reflected consistently in service agreements, country information and company records, without treating a shared brand as proof of a shared contract.

Shared people do not settle every relationship

A person can hold directorships in several companies without making those companies interchangeable or establishing that one automatically owns another’s assets or accepts the liabilities of a separate business.

Common offices, websites and branding provide contact or commercial information, but ownership belongs in the company records and responsibility for a service belongs in the agreement that governs it.

When an invoice is issued or a payment query arises, the company on the agreement should appear on supporting documents, with any separate payment processor or infrastructure provider identified by its role.

Separate the product from its provider

A product can involve a software developer, cloud supplier and payment processor, but the organisation selling or managing the service still needs to explain those different responsibilities to its customer.

A dashboard’s brand may identify the product without identifying the receiving bank, currency-conversion provider or company handling a contractual complaint, making the service documentation the place to establish those details.

A useful company description gives the full provider name, registration details, service scope and contact for the customer’s agreement, supplying information that a logo and list of countries cannot provide alone.

How to read the records together

A registry entry can establish incorporation and filed appointments, a product page describes advertised capabilities, an announcement identifies a proposed project and an executed agreement records duties accepted by its signatories.

Reading those records together makes the business easier to follow, as a new product does not silently change an earlier contract and an updated management page does not replace a statutory filing.

Retaining the full names Capital Pay International Limited, Capital Pay Software Solutions Ltd and Capital Pay Ltd whenever responsibilities are described gives customers and partners a clearer basis for working together.
