Sakaja’s aide Allan Wabwire exposed as petty conman, see screenshots

Alan Ouma Wabwire, who parades himself as Governor Johnson Sakaja’s aide, has been exposed through conversations that reveal his endless habit of borrowing money with no intention of paying it back.

In the chats, Wabwire keeps pushing for quick handouts, first asking for Kshs 1 while promising to refund kshs 15, then shifting the figure to Kshs 16,500, later 19,500, and finaly 25,500.

Each time he gives new excuses, showing a clear pattern of deceit and manipulation.

Instead of fulfilling his word, Wabwire uses emotional tactics to guilt those he borrows from. His messages are filled with pleas like “Njaa itaniua huku kaka” and “Mkuu okolea please,” designed to appear desperate and helpless.

He constantly changes repayment dates, at first promising Wednesday, then pushing it to Thursday, later blaming demonstrations and even delayed payments at City Hall.

This is a calculated strategy to buy time and keep his victims hopeful while he continues to take advantage of their generosity.

What makes it worse is his attempt to justify the lies with questionable documents. In the conversations, he shares letters allegedly from the Office of the Controller of Budget and the Kenya County Government Workers Union.

These papers are presented as proof of salary delays at City Hall, but their timing and manner of use raise serious doubts.

It is clear he uses them as a shield, trying to look credible while he continues his dishonest behavior.

Such conduct paints Wabwire not only as untrustworthy but as a man abusing the trust that comes with being linked to Governor Sakaja.

Instead of carrying himself with integrity, he exploits his association with the county boss to secure quick money from unsuspecting individuals.

His language in the chats shows no shame, only a consistent push for more funds while the promised repayment keeps moving further away.

This is not a case of an unfortunate one-time financial struggle. It is a pattern of trickery, where Wabwire manipulates and begs to line his pockets.

He has reduced himself to a serial borrower who hides behind false promises and forged justifications. For someone attached to a governor’s office, such behavior is shameful and tarnishes not only his name but also that of the administration he represents.

The chats expose him for what he is, a conman hiding behind power, preying on goodwill, and leaving behind a trail of debts and excuses.

It is time this dishonesty is called out for what it is, before he dupes more unsuspecting people with the same tired script.
