Molo MP Francis Kuria Kimani is facing serious questions after a Facebook post by Kihuria Wa Ndorongo exposed a troubling case involving his personal assistant.
According to the information shared by Kihuria, a man identified as Muiru Wa Mbugua, who works as the MP’s PA, allegedly scammed 36 job seekers by promising them teaching jobs through the Teachers Service Commission.
These incidents are said to have taken place between November 2024 and February 2025.From the details shared, Muiru allegedly took Ksh. 180,000 each from 20 individuals who were hoping for primary school teaching positions.

That amounts to Ksh. 3.6 million. He also demanded Ksh. 275,000 each from another 16 individuals who were promised secondary school teaching jobs, bringing the total from that group to Ksh. 4.4 million.
In total, the alleged scam saw Muiru collect about Ksh. 8 million from people who are still waiting for any form of communication or feedback to date. What makes this situation even more concerning is how it was carried out.
Kihuria’s post mentioned that the victims were called to the 22nd floor of KICC, room 3, where they were asked to fill out what looked like official TSC forms.

However, it later became clear that the documents were not genuine. They were just photocopies, and none of the applicants were ever employed.
Many of them believed everything was official because of the setting and the involvement of someone said to be working directly under the MP.
It is also reported that the victims have an OB number, a demand letter from a lawyer, and even banking records showing where the money was sent.

These are not just claims without evidence there’s documentation showing what happened. The concern now is how someone working so closely with the MP was able to carry out such activities without anyone in the office raising questions.
While Francis Kuria Kimani has not spoken publicly about the matter, his silence has left more people demanding accountability.

This case has left many in Molo disappointed and angry. People trusted their MP’s office, only for them to be misled and left without answers. Whether or not the MP was directly involved, the fact that his assistant is being mentioned in such a serious issue cannot be brushed aside.
The affected individuals deserve justice, and the matter needs to be addressed properly and openly.
