Similarly, the controversial agreement between the county and Jabavu Village Ltd, which saw a revenue-sharing arrangement altered to favor the developer, has left Nairobians questioning the integrity of their leadership.
Sakaja’s administration has also been criticized for the mismanagement of city revenue. In areas like Riverside, funds have gone unaccounted for, with no clear answers as to who is responsible for overseeing the collections.
