Martha Karua Makes A Declaration Ahead Of Thursday 8/8 Protests, Sends Plea To Raila And Kalonzo

Narc Kenya Party leader, Honorable Martha Wangari Karua, has been very vocal in her opposition to the Kenya Kwanza Alliance coalition government.

She recently decided to leave the Azimio One Kenya Alliance coalition after the former Prime Minister, Honorable Raila Amollo Odinga, agreed to work with President William Samoei Ruto.

Odinga’s agreement included forming a broad-based government and giving four ODM party members significant roles.

During a discussion on X (formerly Twitter) this Tuesday, Karua made it clear that she will support young people in organizing anti-government protests.

She emphasized that these protests should be peaceful, as the constitution gives them the right to protest.

Karua believes that peaceful demonstrations are crucial for expressing dissatisfaction and pushing for change.

Karua also reached out to the Wiper Party leader, Honorable Kalonzo Musyoka, urging him to join the call for President Ruto’s resignation.

She argued that Ruto stepping down would protect the country and pave the way for essential leadership reforms.

According to Karua, new leadership is necessary to address the current challenges and ensure a better future for Kenya.

Moreover, Karua advised former Prime Minister Raila Odinga to distance himself from the ongoing protests.

She believes that Odinga stepping back would allow the people to lead the fight for reforms more effectively.

In her view, grassroots movements led by the people have the potential to bring about significant change.

Karua’s statements reflect her commitment to pushing for political reforms and holding the government accountable.

She has consistently advocated for transparency, good governance, and the protection of citizens’ rights.

Her call for peaceful protests and leadership reforms aligns with her broader vision of a democratic and just Kenya.

Karua remains a key figure in the opposition.

Her actions and statements are likely to influence the direction of political discourse and activism in the country.

By supporting the youth and advocating for peaceful protests, she aims to ensure that the voices of ordinary Kenyans are heard and that their concerns are addressed.

Martha Karua’s decision to oppose the Kenya Kwanza Alliance coalition government and her departure from the Azimio One Kenya Alliance coalition highlight her commitment to political change.

Her call for peaceful protests and leadership reforms underscores the importance of active citizenship and the role of the youth in shaping the future of Kenya.

Through her actions, Karua continues to inspire many Kenyans to stand up for their rights and work towards a better nation.
