A formal complaint had reportedly been filed by the late Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) Head of Data Protection, Rosemary Kimwatu, against her boss, Faith Basiye, the bank’s Group Chief Risk Officer, over alleged workplace bullying.
In an email addressed to the Human Resources department in May this year, Rosemary accused Faith of bullying her at work and referred to her as a narcissist.
Rosemary also claimed in the email that she had previously left an abusive marriage.
She further alleged that Faith had been working with her estranged husband, Kevin Migwe, in an effort to have her admitted to a mental health facility.
She accused both Kevin and Faith of being narcissists and alleged that they were working together to frustrate her.Sources further allege that the dispute went beyond the workplace, claiming that Faith had an affair with Rosemary’s estranged husband.
