Explosive whistleblower dossier exposes severe misconduct against Celcom Africa COO Noah Amoke Amollo

Questions have been raised about the conduct of a senior executive at Celcom Africa after a detailed dossier containing a series of allegations was shared with a local publication.

The document focuses on Noah Amoke Amollo, the company’s Chief Operating Officer and President of the B&B Association of Kenya, and calls for the claims it contains to be independently examined.

The dossier was reportedly prepared over a long period and submitted by anonymous sources who said they feared possible retaliation if their identities were revealed.

According to the individuals behind the submission, they decided to make the information public after feeling that their concerns had not received enough attention through other channels.

Celcom Africa is a Nairobi-based telecommunications and digital infrastructure company that provides services such as bulk SMS, developer APIs, USSD platforms and enterprise communication solutions to businesses across Africa.

As Chief Operating Officer, Amollo holds a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing key business operations.

The dossier contains several allegations regarding his professional and personal conduct. Among the claims is that he allegedly told people around him that he enjoyed protection from influential lawyers and law enforcement contacts, giving the impression that he could not easily be held accountable.

These claims have not been independently verified. The sources also allege that Amollo developed relationships with women in business for personal or professional benefit before later distancing himself from them.

They further claim that after such relationships ended, he allegedly portrayed the women as the ones responsible for the disputes, resulting in damage to their personal and professional reputations.

In addition, the dossier raises questions about the circumstances surrounding his departure from a previous employer.

It also includes allegations of misuse of company resources, abuse of authority, intimidation of employees and sexual harassment.

These claims remain allegations and have not been proven in court. The document further examines his role as President of the B&B Association of Kenya.

According to the sources, he allegedly pursued inappropriate relationships with some hosts linked to the association, with claims that these relationships influenced business opportunities within the sector.

The dossier also refers to recent social media discussions surrounding his personal life, including allegations of infidelity.

One woman reportedly involved in the online controversy claimed that his marriage had already broken down before the issue became public.

The anonymous sources say their intention is to encourage accountability rather than defame anyone.

They have called for current and former colleagues, business associates and anyone with relevant information to come forward so the allegations can be independently confirmed or challenged.
