We, concerned supporters of Simba Wetu pen this note with profound dismay and indignation. Our outrage is directed at the disgraceful spectacle orchestrated by the Woman Representative of Nyandarua County, one Faith Gitau, who has seen fit to drag the former Deputy President, before the courts on silly defamation charges.
That course of action, beyond being an ill-informed pursuit is a twisted drama of personal grievance that insults the intelligence of the Nyandarua electorate. It constitutes a blatant abuse of the judicial process and exposes a mind so sick.
In fact, to witness a figure of national stature, subjected to such a petty and politically motivated charade is nothing short of disgusting.
The former Deputy President—Simba Wetu—is a leader of immense fortitude and unwavering principle. He has navigated the political terrain with a courage that commands respect while roaring with a voice that speaks hard truths to power and privilege.
To see this lion of our politics beset by a creature as scavenging and opportunistic as the female Bearded Scavenger is a deeply offensive sight.
The Scavenger, a creature that thrives on garbage and noise, now seeks to pick apart the reputation of a leader through legalistic parasitism, adding nothing of value but only seeking to feed on the carcass of a manufactured controversy.
This looming lawsuit is a transparent tactic and a feeble attempt to gain relevance by leeching onto the stature of a political superior.
Where Simba Wetu has built, the female Bearded Scavenger only seeks to dismantle.
Where the lion leads with conviction, the scavenger follows, hoping to snatch a scrap of notoriety from the shadows casted. This is not leadership. It is pathetic satire.
Our courts are hallowed grounds for the resolution of serious disputes, not a stage for political theatrics or the settling of childish scores.
By clogging this vital institution with a matter so trivial and self-serving, the female Bearded Scavenger demonstrates a shocking contempt for the very institution she purports to engage.
She squanders precious judicial resources that should be reserved for genuine grievances of the common mwananchi, all for a vanity project that serves only her bloated ego.We therefore register our strongest possible protest.
We condemn this action in the most unequivocal terms. It is a betrayal of the public trust placed in the office of the Woman Representative, an office meant to uplift and advocate for the people, not to pursue personal vendettas against respected leaders.
We call upon this mindless maitu mwaganu, maitu murogi scavenger of smelly gutters to immediately withdraw this frivolous and malicious lawsuit.
Cease this shameful scavenging and instead turn your attention to the pressing issues facing the people of Nyandarua.
Address issues of development, empowerment, and welfare that you were elected to attend to. Nyandarua people deserve a leader, not a wretched litigant.
Let this serve as a clear warning that the public is watching. We will not stand idly while those who confuse the courtroom for a political arena harass our national leaders.
We stand firmly with Simba Wetu, a leader whose legacy is built on substance, not worthless litigation. His roar of truth will not be silenced by the grating squawk of a pesky nuisance.
This must end. Withdraw this case now and get back to the work you were elected to do.
