Glady Wanga, the national chairperson of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), has chastised party officials for failing to hold the administration accountable.
She stated that they can also fill the role if they believe the party members are not doing enough.
Wanga stated that ODM leaders have fought and continue to fight for Kenya’s well-being and that those who believe they are not doing enough should commend them.
On Sunday, the Governor of Homa Bay spoke at the headquarters of the Lejio Maria Church in God Kweru, Suna West, Migori County.
“Most of the ODM party elected leaders have found themselves in very tough situations when fighting for Kenyans when some leaders who are not criticising them are in their comfort zone,” she said.
The ODM party’s national chairperson stated that the party will form the next government in 2027.
Energy Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi, who also attended the prayer ceremony, stated that President William Ruto is an honest person.
Wandayi stated that the Luo community must likewise precisely calculate its political moves.
He stated that the ODM party, as well as the Luo community, are well represented in Ruto’s cabinet.Migori Governor Ochilo Ayacko urged the residents of Migori County to give elected authorities time to deliver services.
