Some hours ago Kenyan actress was live in an interview where she talked about her life, and how her husband chased her away when she was at her lowest. Her name is Ann Nduta Munene who is a popular Kikuyu actress.
She became popular through Inooro tv show, where she started acting in the popular Kikuyu show “micii ni ndogo”. She is also working with Maisha magic and citizen tv.
When growing up life was very hard since she is an orphan, and she was raised up by her grandmother who was struggling.
After form four she moved to Nairobi, where she was working as an Mpesa agent with a pay of 6,000. Later she did a course in beauty and all along she didn’t have a boyfriend.
After buying a phone she joined Facebook and that was where she found a man whom she innocently fell for without knowing his true colors.The man said he was looking for a wife and he invited her to his house.
She went to his house and unfortunately she didn’t go back to her house. That was how she got married and they started life together.
She was introduced to his parents and their marriage became official. After staying together for sometime she didn’t get pregnant and that was where life in hell began.
The husband started taking her to different pastors who were praying for her to get pregnant.It was unsuccessful and she refused to go back to church. The husband was very angry with that and after six months she got pregnant.
She was very happy, but after some days the husband said he was not the father of child. He asked her to go and find the father of the child, despite her being very naive and innocent.
He stopped giving her enough money when going for outside jobs and life when pregnant became completely very tough.
He started threatening to stab her, and she couldn’t run away because she was heavily pregnant.
She gave birth and immediately the husband asked her to go to the village. When living in the village life was very hard and she was being mistreated by her husband’s family.
She had to go back to the city to live with the husband, but unfortunately he was very harsh towards her.
She called her grandmother who sent her 1,000 and asked her to go back home.She decided to go back home with her child because of the threats and mistreatment from her husband and his family.
After getting out of the marriage she started a YouTube channel and that was how she got invited for an audition which she passed.
That was when she started following her talent again and she got a job at Inooro tv. She said the husband who despised when she was poor, today she watches him on television.
