A customer has raised concerns over an order placed with Heritage Mabati Mills Ltd, claiming that roofing materials paid for in full were never delivered, leaving a construction project stalled and prompting calls for the company to address the issue.
The matter revolves around an existing roofing order that was reportedly expanded after the initial purchase.
According to the complaint, the customer later paid for additional roofing sheets and related accessories that were required to complete the project.
The payment was allegedly made in full, with the expectation that the extra materials would be processed and delivered within the agreed period.
The client says the transaction was completed successfully and that proof of payment is available.
However, concerns began to emerge after the payment for the additional items was made. The customer claims that communication with the company became difficult shortly afterwards, with calls and messages seeking updates on the order allegedly going unanswered.
According to the complaint, several follow-up attempts were made through the company’s known communication channels.

Despite these efforts, the customer says no clear explanation has been provided regarding the status of the order or when the materials would be delivered.
The delayed delivery has reportedly affected the progress of the roofing project, as the additional materials were needed to continue construction work.
Without the roofing sheets and accessories, the project has allegedly remained at a standstill while the customer waits for a response and fulfillment of the order.
Cases involving delayed deliveries often place customers in difficult situations, especially when construction projects depend on timely supply of materials.
In many instances, clients plan work schedules, labour arrangements and budgets based on delivery timelines provided by suppliers.
Any unexpected delays can result in additional costs and disruptions.
The complainant is now urging Heritage Mabati Mills Ltd to address the matter by providing a clear update on the order and ensuring that the roofing sheets and accessories that were paid for are delivered.
The customer maintains that the issue remains unresolved despite repeated efforts to seek clarification.
Maintaining that all available evidence has been submitted, the complainant shared the following statement:
“Hello Nyakundi. I kindly request your help. I paid Heritage Mabati for additional roofing sheets and other roofing items, but immediately after making the payment, they stopped responding to my calls and messages. I have made several attempts to follow up, but I have not received any response or the materials I paid for. Kindly help me call them out so they can deliver my order. I have attached the proof of payment as evidence.”
At the time the complaint was raised, the customer said the materials had still not been delivered and that no satisfactory response had been received from the company regarding the status of the order.
The client is now seeking answers and a resolution that would allow the roofing project to proceed as planned.
