Alan Ouma Wabwire, known widely as “The Hoof Eater,” has turned into one of the most shameless characters. For years, he has managed to hide behind Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja, pretending to be some sort of political genius while in reality acting like a loud-mouthed conman who survives by peddling fake stories and shallow narratives.

The truth is simple, Wabwire is a serial liar who uses social media and propaganda to mislead the public while protecting failed leaders.

His relationship with Sakaja has helped him get close to power, where he has positioned himself as a spin doctor who tries to cover up the governor’s failures. But Nairobians are not blind.

They see the rot in the city, the garbage piling up, the broken drainage systems, the chaos in public transport, and the fake promises made every day.

Yet, Wabwire is always on Facebook or behind some press release, trying to paint a picture of success when in reality everything is collapsing.
He edits photos, pushes staged interviews, and plants fake “success stories” that do nothing to address the real suffering people are going through in the capital. Instead of helping to fix the mess, he spends all his energy fooling people.

People are tired of sweet words and want real action. Instead of getting real solutions, they are being fed scripted media appearances and flashy campaigns that change nothing.

Wabwire thrives on deception. He surrounds himself with social media bullies who attack anyone that questions his narratives. He celebrates cheap clout, praises empty projects, and promotes leaders who are clearly out of touch with reality. His nickname “The Hoof Eater” is not just a joke anymore it reflects how deeply he is committed to feeding off falsehoods and empty propaganda. He has become the face of failure disguised as communication.

And many Kenyans are fed up. People are beginning to speak up. They are no longer falling for the lies pushed by Wabwire and his team of keyboard warriors. They are connecting his PR noise to the larger problem of failed leadership and empty promises. The Hoof Eater may think he’s smart, but his game is up.
The public is seeing through the nonsense, and the days of being fooled by cheap propaganda are coming to an end. Wabwire has been exposed, and history will remember him not as a strategist, but as a professional conman who used politics to sell lies and cover for incompetence.
