The circular listed fundamental conditions designed to persuade individuals to relocate and apply.
For example, it claimed that the basic compensation for interns would be Ksh31,000 per month, with the option of receiving advance salaries.
The advertisement also needed applicants to have a KRA PIN, NSSF and NHIF, National ID, medical letter, and a Certificate of Good Conduct.
It made no mention of any qualifications for a nursing degree or diploma.
Other needs specified in the advertisement were their obligations, such as helping patients and clients who may require assistance and representing the firm positively.
It also expected applicants to be role models for both people and colleagues.
They were also responsible for guaranteeing that all medical equipment and medications were properly organized.
The email address and contact information provided were not linked with the hospital, which was a clear red flag.
